To register and maintain an active account on the xbazi platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. xbazi strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and will request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons are not eligible to hold an xbazi player account.
• You must be accessing and using the platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting and casino gaming is not expressly prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the xbazi platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of xbazi or any of its technology or gaming providers.
• You must not be self-excluded from online gambling platforms, whether through a self-exclusion request made to xbazi or through any external responsible gaming register.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.

xbazi reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the time period specified by xbazi may result in account restriction or closure.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on the xbazi platform at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any outstanding balances pending investigation.

When registering, you agree to provide complete, accurate, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number linked to your preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay). You further agree to update your account details promptly if any information changes.

All deposits to and withdrawals from your xbazi account must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. xbazi does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment account not registered to the account holder will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

General betting rules applicable to all markets:

• A bet is confirmed only when xbazi has accepted it and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets shown as "pending" are not confirmed until explicitly accepted.
• xbazi reserves the right to void any bet placed at an erroneous price, including odds published as a result of a technical error. Where a bet is voided, the stake is returned in full to the player's account.

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any form of match fixing, collusion, or use of insider information. Any account found to have participated in such activities will be immediately suspended and all winnings forfeited.

In any event, xbazi's aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your xbazi account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

xbazi reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its absolute discretion. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during any subsequent verification process
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required time period
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime
• Participation in, or facilitation of, match fixing, collusion, or use of insider information
• Bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts or coordinated play
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated against deposits made to xbazi
• Use of automated betting software, bots, or any other technology designed to gain an unfair advantage
• Registration or use of the platform by a person under 21 years of age

In cases of account suspension pending investigation, xbazi will freeze the account balance and conduct a review. Where a violation is confirmed, xbazi may forfeit part or all of the account balance, withhold pending withdrawals, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law. xbazi will communicate the outcome of any investigation to the affected player via their registered contact details.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Any verified balance remaining in the account at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method after all applicable checks have been completed.

When material changes are made, xbazi will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date.
